This hotel occupies a traditional, red brick building with a small entrance and a canopy extending onto the street. The lobby is medium sized with a marble floor, mirrored pillars and plants. The rooms are fairly small, but comfortable and kept in good condition. They have burgundy carpets and traditional furnishings. The bathrooms are medium sized and tiled. Located on the lobby level, the restaurant serves Northern Italian cuisine and is connected to a café/bar, which has a modern menu of American cuisine and offers a very informal atmosphere. Ideally located, this is an attractive hotel appealing to all nationalities, whether coming to New York for business or pleasure. |
