A charming property, it has been given a sleek contemporary look with a neutral colour palette. The medium sized lobby has a high ceiling with contemporary furnishings and a library lounge off to one side. The spacious and airy guest rooms have custom designed furniture in restful colours of taupe and moss-green. Beds have comfortable mattresses, upholstered headboards, Belgian linens and down comforters with pale-gold duvet covers. The medium sized bathrooms are modern and in good condition. The rooftop restaurant and bar on the 21st floor, offers superb bridge and East River vistas and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. There is also a cappuccino bar, which is open 24 hours a day. The hotel also offers continental breakfast daily. |
